On August 26th, 2010, fourteen filmmakers followed multiple stories in the Montreal neighbourhood of St-Henri. The result is a touching, funny and fascinating day-in-the-life of this eclectic community. Doris travels the streets collecting bottles; Belinda is a hair-stylist from Togo; Babyface, the 15 year old Canadian featherweight boxing champion prepares for a match; Robert and Edmee enjoy their golden years together; Danielle, an urban explorer, scales abandoned buildings and descends into St-Henri's sewers. 'St Henri, the 26th of August' is a film that asks what community means today, and how we inhabit our neighborhoods. Inspired by the 1962 ONF film, 'A St-Henri, le 5 septembre', this unique collaborative film brings together some of the brightest filmmakers in the contemporary Montreal documentary community.

A ten year old Protestant girl travels to Belfast to take part in a music festival, and is billetted with a Catholic family.

A father is racked with guilt because he let his wife die in a boating accident, so that he could save his daughter. The girl is now in a hospital, recovering from the effect of losing her mother.

"Lucia de Lammermoor" should actually have opened this year's season. But Corona prevents the title heroine from stabbing her bridegroom to death in her madness. Instead of an opera premiere, La Scala is presenting a musical journey through the history of opera. This year, the world-famous opera house is replacing the originally planned performance due to the renewed outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in northern Italy - with a grand gala evening to benefit the artists hit hard by the coronavirus crisis. In the glamorous setting of the legendary Teatro alla Scala, some of the most beautiful voices on the international opera scene - such as Roberto Alagna, Jonas Kaufmann and mezzo-soprano Elīna Garanča - will sing famous arias from the repertoire, accompanied by La Scala's orchestra. The program is complemented by well-known ballet scenes and performances by actors.

Iranian student Emad and a French girl Caroline have been living together for a few weeks in a borrowed flat in Besançon, where the girl has a job taking tourists round the Victor Hugo Museum. Both know that they have no future together, since Emad intends to return to Iran. The trouble starts when Caroline tells Emad that she is pregnant and he, somewhat thrown off balance, tries to persuade her to have an abortion. The girl isn't against the idea, but she keeps deferring. Over the next few days, during which the couple constantly argue then patch things up, something comes to light which sets their relationship on quite a different course.
